Good Afternoon Depew, this is an important message from Dr. Rabey:

I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the ongoing activity in anticipation of our upcoming public vote for the Capital Project 2021 propositions.

As previously mentioned, a special Capital Project 2021 Landing Page has been setup on our District Website at, in order to assist our school-community in making an informed decision.  Recently, we added a Frequently Asked Questions document, which was generated from the recent results of our Capital Project 2021 ThoughtExchange.  Please remember that the public vote is scheduled for Tuesday, December 14th from Noon to 9:00pm in the High School Gymnasium for the proposed Capital Project propositions.

In addition, I wanted to also let you know that the ECDOH adjusted their quarantine release protocols. The ECDOH will now allow individuals in quarantine to be released after the completion of day 7 (i.e., day 8) as long as they meet certain conditions, namely:

  • A diagnostic COVID-19 test– with a specimen collected and tested within 48 hours before the end of the planned quarantine discontinuation (i.e., after five days following last exposure) – is negative; and,
  • No symptoms are reported during daily monitoring

These adjustments go into effect immediately. Finally, please remember that daily health screenings are required, as most of our exposures are from those that have arrived to school already ill and this affects others that become close contacts.  By arriving onto school property, you and/or your children are attesting that the screening survey was completed, which includes a temperature and COVID-19 symptom check.  COVID-19 symptoms are listed within the District’s Opening Plan.

Thank you for your time.

Have A Wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday and Go Bills!!!!
