Chef Hugo welcomes Mrs. Carm from the Cayuga cafeteria to teach him how to make the famous Depew bagels. Mrs. Carm explains the steps.
\r\n1) Butter a plain bagel.
2) Wrap the bagel in aluminum foil with the opening on the top.
3) Refrigerate the bagels overnight.
4) In the morning, bake at 350 degrees in a convection oven for 10 minutes. If you use a regular oven, 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5) Enjoy a delicious Depew Bagel!
