While summer brings a welcome break for students, it can be a difficult time for local families facing seasonal food insecurity. When schools are closed, many children temporarily lose access to reliable, daily meals.
To help bridge this gap, Depew Wildcat staff from across the district stepped up and generously donated non-perishable food items to support our neighbors. On Friday, June 12, 18 boxes were delivered to the Tri-Community Food Pantry and the Depew Community Center to help keep their shelves stocked.
We look forward to continuing to support these organizations in the fight against food insecurity. Thank you to our amazing Wildcat team for leading by example!
