Depew students will be able to get ready for the start of the school year with haircuts and school supplies offered during the Depew Community Center's Back to School event.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 2 at the Depew Community Center, 570 Gould Avenue.
The center asked that families interested in school supplies send a screenshot of their student's supply list to Maggie at 716-253-3406, and to include the student's name in their message to help with packaging supplies in advance. The center said they could not guarantee supplying every item listed in an student's supply list, but that they would assist as best they could.
Those interested in a haircut appointment are asked to call or text Maggie at 716-253-3406.
The center's announcement said that if families needing supplies are unable to attend the event, they can text Maggie to schedule a pickup at the center on a different date.
