Families of Cayuga Heights Elementary are invited to share their feedback through the Depew UFSD Title I Parent and Family Engagement Survey. This survey is part of a review conducted by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) to ensure the district is effectively supporting students through programs funded under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
If your child participates in a Title I program at Cayuga Heights, your input is especially valuable. Your feedback helps the district better understand how families feel informed, involved and supported, and helps guide improvements to programs and services for students and families.
Responses are confidential. The survey will not collect your name or email address unless you choose to provide it.
