ParentSquare brings district, school, classroom and teacher communication together in one convenient location, making it easier than ever for families to stay up to date on important information, events and announcements. The platform also offers automatic translation into families' preferred languages, helping ensure that all members of the school community can access information and stay connected.
Families will continue to receive school and district communications through email, text messages and phone notifications using the contact information already on file with the district. However, activating a ParentSquare account unlocks a variety of additional features designed to enhance communication and engagement.
With an active account, families can:
Communicate directly with teachers and school staff through two-way messaging.
Complete forms, permission slips and electronic signatures online.
Schedule parent-teacher conferences and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
Access school and classroom calendars.
View photos, announcements and classroom updates.
Customize notification preferences to receive information in the way that works best for them.
