The students in Mrs. Robinson’s math classes teamed up to open their own businesses. Groups of 3 or 4 created their own cupcake shops complete with developing six different cupcake flavors. The young entrepreneurs needed to determine the amount of ingredients necessary to make 3600 cupcakes and figure out how much it would cost them to buy the ingredients. They set their cupcake prices and created advertising posters. The final piece to the project was making one of their cupcakes to enjoy!
