Mrs. Marks' class introduced a coffee program to DMS called the Brew Brigade ! The "Brew" stands for Bringing Real Employment experiences to Wildcats. The skills that will be practiced and mastered include filling orders, speaking clearly, handling money, and problem solving.



Sixth grade students attended a field trip to Camp Tahigwa on October 3.

This message is for the 6th grade families at Depew Middle School. The sixth grade dance on Friday September 28th has unfortunately been cancelled.
However, we are looking forward to a great time at Camp Tahigwa on October 3rd.

As of August 16, 2018 the repair cost for damaged Chromebooks will change. Students who damage the keyboard will pay $30.00 instead of $100.00. The fee schedule is as follows:
Lost device, broken screen, or damaged body is $100.00
Damaged keyboard or lost power cord is $30.00

Fall Sports Physicals will be offered in the Middle School Nurses Office on Monday, Aug. 6 from 8 a.m. to noon for JV and Varsity and Wednesday Aug. 15 from 8 to 11 a.m. for Modified athletes.

The Sixth Grade students of DMS attended a field trip to 5Wits! on Tuesday, June 5th. Students participated in the Space Exploration, Tomb and Drago's Castle solving logic puzzles and tasks in order to complete missions. Each adventure was set in a realistic physical space that required students to use hands-on interaction and decision making to progress through the multiple rooms.


Students from Mrs. Thurnherr's social Studies class researched mythical monsters and created some treats and figures to go along with thier papers.

The 4th annual Lunch Hero Day was a success! Students celebrated food service workers with thoughtful gifts and cards. See it on WIVB Channel 4 in the 4 o'clock hour today!
