The deadline to order a yearbook is January 13th. As this year unfolds, we're creating countless memories that will last a lifetime. The yearbook staff is busy capturing the laughter, the friendships, and the unforgettable moments we're making together. These pages will hold the memories we'll cherish forever. We are thrilled to invite you to take part in a very special moment for our school! As prescribed by the commissioner of education Depew School District is conducting an annual exercise of its emergency early dismissal plan. The exercise will be conducted on Fri October 4. At that time our students will be released 15 minutes earlier than their regularly scheduled dismissal time. This exercise is to test certain aspect of the School District Emergency management plan. All other activities will go on as scheduled. Please make any necessary arrangements for your child’s early dismissal on Fri Oct 4, 2024. This is also a time to make sure your entire family is prepared to make alternative arrangements should weather or other such emergencies dictate an early dismissal.

Just a reminder that on Friday, September 13, 2024, all schools will have an early dismissal for a half day. The High School and Middle School will dismiss classes at approximately 11:18 a.m. Cayuga Heights Elementary School will dismiss classes at approximately 12:00 p.m.

Dear Depew School District Community, I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Transportation Supervisor for Depew Union Free School District. My name is Suzanne DeMartino, and I am both honored and excited to join this vibrant community. With 19 years of experience in transportation and a strong commitment to ensuring safe and efficient travel for students, I am eager to contribute to the continued success of our district. My background includes overseeing a range of transportation operations, implementing safety protocols, and working closely with staff, students, and parents to address any concerns and improve service. In my role as Transportation Supervisor, my primary goal is to ensure that every student arrives at school and returns home safely and on time. I am committed to maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders and am here to support you in any way I can. Your feedback and concerns are important to me, and I encourage you to reach out with any questions or suggestions. As I begin this new chapter with Depew UFSD, I look forward to getting to know this community and providing the best possible transportation experience for our students.
