Hello Depew Families.
Freshmen Connection will be Wednesday, August 28th from 9 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. for 9th grade students ONLY. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Travel light! Do not bring any school supplies with you. The forecast shows that it will be a hot day so feel free to bring your own water bottle.
For any freshmen that need to purchase a school lock they will be available outside the main office for $5 immediately following orientation.

Just a REMINDER: Effective September 3, 2024 the Middle School and the High School
Buses will be using the bus loop in front of both the Middle School and High School buildings in the AM and PM.
We suggest that parents who drop-off their children use the back of the school building to avoid traffic congestion in front of the school building. Please visit www.depewschools.org to see the attached map.

Depew will be providing Fall Sports physical examinations in the Middle School Nurse's Office for all athletes tomorrow, Wednesday, August 7th from 8-11 a.m.
The Required NYS School Health Examination Form must be completed and signed by an adult before the physical can be administered. The Interval Health History form can be found at the following link:

An important message from the Depew Union Free School District.
Due to the next phase of our Capital Project, the tennis courts and the basketball court located outside Depew School District (near the track) will be closed from approximately April 1, 2024 to August 16, 2024.
We are very excited to begin our Phase 2A work of the Capital Project which includes the resurfacing of these areas.

Registration for Running Club for Cayuga Heights is now open!
The links will be open through Friday, March 2nd. There is a maximum of 70 students for both Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday for a total of 140 students.
Running Club starts Monday, March 18th and will be from 3:05 p.m.-4:25 p.m. twice a week at either Cayuga Heights or on the track.
Running Club is only open to students in grades 3 - 5.
No transportation will be provided by Depew Schools.

Wellcats Summer Day Camp is now open to all current Cayuga students entering grades 1-5 in September of 2024. The program will run from July 8th to August 2nd.
Please note that once we reach our capacity of 120 students, the link will close. If you are signing up two children, they both must be separately entered.
